    As an experienced management consultant I ensure that I’m always at the cutting edge of organisational change, service management, process management and continuous improvement.

    When it comes to process management and process improvement, I am the go-to expert who supports his clients from beginning to end: sitting down with them to analyse current processes, helping to create a roadmap for future processes, and assessing whether goals have been achieved.

    TRAINER

    I’m a specialist and an accredited trainer in the fields of: project management, service management, and organisational change – all using internationally applied best practices.

    My training methods focus on putting theories into practice as, in my experience, a dynamic approach to learning helps to retain information and allows the student to readily apply their acquired knowledge in the workplace.

    Both certified and tailor-made training programmes are available, with the latter formulated based on a client’s needs. Also, I am flexible in terms of location, length of time, language (either Dutch or English), and type (online, on-site, or a combination of both).

    I also offer other types of training programmes including: workshops, awareness sessions, business simulation games and train-the-trainer sessions.
